The DSA70000B Series is a real-time digital serial analyzer that is optimized for verifying, characterizing, debugging and testing sophisticated high-speed serial designs. The 70000B series enhances signal fidelity with improved vertical noise performance, flatter frequency response, lower jitter noise floor and a greater number of effective bits (ENOB).
