AVTECH AVO-7A1-B

The AVO-7 series of pulse generators is designed for pulsing laser diodes and other low impedance loads with amplitudes as high as 150 Volts or 150 Amperes. The Model AVO-7A1-B pulsed voltage source (source impedance less than 0.02 Ohms) provides a peak output voltage that is variable from 0 to 20V into a load impedance as low as 1W, producing currents as large as 20 Amps. The pulse width is variable from 1 ms to 1 ms, and the rise is 50 ns.
