If you've performed Oscilloscope calibrations, you're probably already familiar with the popular TG501 Time Mark Generator and its accuracy. Designed for use in the TM 500-Series Mainframe (sold separately), the TG501 is ideally suitable for oscilloscope calibrations while providing marker outputs from 1 ns to 5 s. Features variable timing output with a front-panel 2 digit LED display, which indicates % of timing error between the normal time interval and a variable interval with graticule or division mark on the display.
