The 1509 Frequency Doubler is used with signal sources in the range of 5 to 7.75GHz to convert them to signal generators in the 10 to 15.5GHz range. The circuit is completely passive, so that no line or battery power is required for operation. Output power: 0 to -100 dBm Requires "C" band signal source
