On-state current tests such as VT, VF, VCESAT, VDSON, and RDSON can be extended to the limits indicated above by use of the High Current Deck pictured. A 500A version can be upgraded to 1000A or 1200A. HC-500 with DSP-100 shown testing a high current device.
