Amplifier Research TG6000CC Capacitive Coupling Clamp Used to couple EFT pulses onto data I/O Lines in Automotive Transient Testing

This device is used to couple fast transient pulses to I/O lines as required in many national and international standards for automotive testing. The clamp cannot be used to couple the slow transient pulse. The coupling on signal lines via capacitive coupling is difficult without interfering with the signal flow. It is often impossible to contact the required circuit (direct), e. g. coaxial or shielded cables. In this case the coupling is realized with the capacitive coupling clamp. The interference simulator can be connected on both sides of the coupling clamp via 50O coaxial connectors.
