WF 1943A/WF 1944A/WF 1945A/WF 1946A and WF1965/WF 1966 respectively, can be exported 0.01 MicroHz ~ 15MHz and 0.01 MicroHz ~ 50MHz signal. All-synthetic way, the whole band set up on the resolution of 0.01 MicroHz, the frequency accuracy of 5ppm. In addition, WF 1956 also covers the 100MHz high-frequency region, limited to CH2 (HF mode), PLL (phase locked loop) mode, a continuous sine wave oscillation.

The level of equipment with the highest vertical resolution and can output high-precision waveform. WF 1945A and WF 1946A with a resolving power 16-bit waveform to achieve a high quality waveform and amplitude accuracy.

Five kinds of standard waveforms + Arbitrary Waveform can output sine wave, square wave (duty cycle 50%), square wave (variable duty cycle), triangle wave, sawtooth, reverse sawtooth, including noise waveforms, as well as the arbitrary waveform. Arbitrary waveform can be manipulated board operator / via GPIB, USB interface, to produce, can store up to 12 waveforms.
