The 1502B Metallic Cable Tester generates a 200 ps rise time step and has an output impedance of 50 ohms. The fast rise time permits the identification of multiple faults as close together as 0.6 inches. The ultra-high resolution of the unit is perfectly adapted for testing critical wiring onboard aircraft and ships. Has LCD readout making it more rugged than the 1502.
