Boonton 5232
The 5230 series combines Boonton's technologies of RF Voltage and RF Power
measurements in one instrument. The unit automatically senses the probe used to
display power or voltage information. Existing Boonton power sensors and voltage
probes can be used with this unit.

- Over 200 readings per second in single channel mode
- GPIB or optional RS232 interfaces
- Automatic download of sensor calibration data
- Compatible with all existing Boonton diode and thermocouple sensors for frequencies from
- 10 kHz to 40 GHz
- HP 437B and HP 438B emulation
