The Keithley 150B Microvolt-Ammeter measures voltage from 300 nV to 1 V (fs), and current from 3 x 10-10 to 3 x 10-3 amperes. Accuracy is 2%. Can also be used as a null detector. Small, solid-state unit with built-in battery supply.
