The 8746B S-Parameter Test Set functions as a wideband RF Power Divider and Reflectometer with calibrated line stretcher and selectable (0 to 70 dB) incident signal attenuator. Provides internal bias for completely characterizing two port active devices. Frequency range is 0.5 to 12.4GHz; Directivity: >/= 30 dB, 0.5 to 4GHz; >/= 26 dB, 4 to 12.4GHz.
