S-Parameter Test Set
The 85047A S-parameter Test Set includes a frequency doubler to allow operation from 3MHz to 6GHz in single sweep. Also can cover 300kHz to 3GHz in one sweep. Used with the 8753 series Network Analyzers. Option 009 = Substitute mechanicaltest port switch.
