A particle counter is a hand held test instrument used to detect and count particles. HVAC and air quality professionals use this type of equipment to analyze airborne particle concentrations. These indoor tests allow a technician to do general maintenance and respond to any issues or hazards resulting from faulty HVAC systems. Data is digitally captured and in many cases can be exported for additional analysis as may be needed.
