1000:1 High Voltage Divider Probe
Use the Agilent 1137A 1000:1 High Voltage Probe for measuring voltages up to 5 kV. This probe is compatible with oscilloscopes and DMMs with 1 Mohm or 10 Mohm inputs.

-5 kV (dc or ac rms) maximum input voltage
-500 Mohm, 3pF (approximate) input impedance
-1 Mohm/10 Mohm select for scope input
-1 MHz bandwidth
-6 to 50 pF wide compensation range for scope input
