You'll make high-precision, time-interval measurements at up to 8000 measurements per second, making the 5370B ideal for your production applications. Built-in statistics functions also makes the 5370B very powerful and extremely useful. Great counter for ATE applications too, programmable over the HP-IB interface or easy setup via the logically-designed front panel. Time Interval: 20 ps single shot LSD, time intervals from 0 to 10 s, including negative time. Frequency: up to 100MHz with 11-digits of resolution in one second, gate times down to one period. Sensitivity of 100 mV p-p, 35 mV rms sine wave x attenuator setting. Computes Mean, Standard Deviation, Minimum, and Maximum.
