| The AFS BN 1054.2514.02 Rohde & Schwarz is a multifunction ARB generator, which covers the frequency range of 1 mHz to 20 MHz. Sine, triangle, square, pulse, programmable waveforms (ARB), noise, and the combination of these signals and modulated signals can be generated.
