Agilent 10467A 0.5MM Micro Accessories Kit for 10400 Series Smallest IC Clips in the industry to date Probe PQFP and SOIC SMT packages from 0.5 mm - 0.8 mm lead pitch Thin clip body allows many Micro IC Clips to be mounted side by side Micro IC Clips can be used with Agilent oscilloscopes, mixed signal oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers The Agilent 10467A 0.5 mm Micro IC Clips Accessory Kit is designed for use with the Agilent 10400 family of miniature probes when you are probing fine-pitch (0.8 mm to 0.5 mm) SMT (surface-mount technology) devices. The kit contains enough parts for two probes. Install the tip of the probe into the single-lead end of the dual lead adapter. The other end of the dual-lead adapter has two leads that fit into the micro IC Clips, or onto your system's 0.635 mm (0.025 inch) diameter posts. The black lead is for ground connections. The IC Clips are for connecting to the 0.8 mm to 0.5 mm SMT parts. This kit is intended for use with voltages up to 40 V (dc + ac peak). |
