The 8578B150 Series TERMALINE Loads are forced-air cooled, high-power Termaline RF Load cabinet designed to be quiet, rugged and trouble free. It is capable of dissipating RF line power of 15 kW at low VSWR from 87.5 to 108 MHz. The RF sections are composed of a parallel combination of resistors. Virtually maintenance free and simple to operate, the unit will provide years of trouble free operation. The RF input connector is located on the top center of the unit. Perforated side panel grilles at the top and bottom of the units allow for direct forced air cooling of the resistors. The ac power receptacle, ON/OFF switch and transmitter interlock are located on the front panel of the unit. The rear and side panels are removable for servicing.

A.C. power input for blower operation is switch selectable 115 V or 230 V
Interlock control circuit provides fail-safe protection of the transmitter and load resistor in the event of an ac power failure to the blower
