The AVO-6 series of pulsed voltage pulse generators is designed for pulsing laser diodes and other low impedance loads with rectangular current pulses as high as 10 Amperes and pulse widths as high as 50 us. Avtech offers model AVO-6F1-B, which provides up to 4 Amps and pulse widths to 5 us, with 2 ns rise and fall times.
