The SA-512 Spectrum Analyzer is extremely valuable for locating the EMI noise source on systems in order to meet various regulatory agency requirements. Its features and affordable price allows design engineers to use it to perform preliminary radiated and conducted EMI testing. The SA-512 can also be used to isolate the noise source to a pin or trace on a PCB using a Near Field Probe set (PS-400). ▪ Frequency Range: 0.15 MHz to 1050MHz ▪ Measurement Range: -100dBm to +13dBm ▪ Input Attenuator Range: 40 dB, 10 dB steps ▪ Front Panel Input Connector; BNC (F) Impedance: 50 Ohm ▪ Display frequency span can be adjusted from 100 kHz to 100 MHz per division. ▪ Selectable resolution bandwidth of 9 kHz, 120 kHz, and 400 kHz. ▪ Processor controlled digital display works in real time and is resolved with up to 4000 points over the entire screen. ▪ Amplitude can be indicated in Peak, Quasi-Peak and Average modes ▪ Supplied with RS-232 interface for PC communication and printer output. ▪ Software provided extends the functions of the analyzer ▪ Extended functions include: storage of reference spectra for comparison, freely definable limit lines, indication of above limit signals, script-control for automatic measurements, printout in a tabular form and B/W or color printout of spectra using a printer supported by Windows |
