The 2850B Digital Transmission Analyzer provides 64 kbit/s, 2 and 8 Mbit/s error performance analysis, and in addition other functionality such as DTMF and channel associated signaling capability, and propagation delay measurement 2850B and 2851 are able to generate and receive all commonly used framing systems up to 8448 kbit/s, for both the European and North American digital hierarchies. The instruments can be optioned as European or hybrid versions, and this includes an all bit rate version (European plus North American). Thus 2850B and 2851 have the flexibility to address global applications, including operation in International Gateways where there is a requirement to test mixtures of European and North American traffic carried on satellite systems. |
