The MSO9064A oscilloscope is engineered for the broadest measurement capability available to meet your needs both today and for the future. There are 16 fully integrated, time-aligned digital channels to give you insight into timing relationships and allow precise triggering. The optional integrated protocol viewers isolate physical layer issues causing errors quickly. Your toolset may be customized with debug and compliance packages
