| The 5180A Waveform Recorder digitizes and stores single-shot or repetitive signals. Voltage waveforms are digitized at sampling rates up to 20 M samples/s (50 ns/sampling). Precise voltages (and times) can be read from the front panel with its cursors. Controls external XYZ displays and hard copy devices. Hewlett Packard makes this type of instrument especially well.
