| This Sensor Module contains a thermal coupled power sensor and a bypass switch that directs the RF signal to the power sensor or directly to the Agilent 8902A. When measuring RF power the RF signal is routed directly to the power sensor in the sensor module. This unit can measure RF Power from 100KHz to 2.6GHz.
