| The Agilent-Hp 16117B Low Noise Test Lead is designed to operate specifically
with 4339B. With Option 16117B-003 wide jaw clips, it is capable of holding DUTs with large terminals. The clips can be replaced with probes (Option 16117B-001) for measurements of small DUTs such as PC boards or IC sockets. Option 16117B-002 enables the construction of simple custom-made test leads. Electrical noise effects are reduced by the employment of shielded-cables. A built-in interlocking circuit enables safe high-voltage measurements.
